My personal 'Journey to Wholeness' began 14 years ago at a time when I felt I needed to understand myself and what life was about for me.

Embarking on a pathway of growth and learning through spiritual development, personal development, natural healing, emotional release and neuroplasticity led to many years of training, study, & dedication to all aspects of self.

I found myself evolving in ways that I never thought possible.  Healing emotional traumas from lifetimes other than this one.  Clearing patterns and programmes that I had run for centuries.  Delving into the core of my being so that I could become 'whole'.

This was and still is  my 'Journey to Wholeness' which I now teach and facilitate for others.

Working with clients from around the world I am often questioned on what 'therapy' do I practise.  I use my experience, knowledge & training as a tool box.  Using the most beneficial skills/tools in the session tailored for the needs of the individual.

For many years I have taught spiritual development, reiki, bodywork, positive birthing & energy work. Also educating children & adults on how we work as a whole person and techniques for self management.

From all of this and more I developed a therapy model & programme that I now teach and offer to others.  One that incorporates all levels of the 'being' - body, mind, emotion, energy & re-engaging with our spirit -'Transformational Therapy'

My vision for 'Journey to Wholeness' is to educate those looking to learn, a powerful programme with what I have found to be key elements from many different therapy training programmes that have a profound effect in client sessions and ways to develop and transform yourself.

To offer a community that can grow and learn from each other through experience and knowledge.  A community that will share and support each other on their 'Journey to 'Wholeness'.

On the Journey some of you may rest for a while or stop to enjoy the view.  There may come a time when you feel stuck or overshadowed, thinking the paths to new places have overgrown.  These paths may be unclear to you. It is not the paths of life with opportunites that have overgrown they are only hidden from view from that which you have accumulated - the remnants of life experiences.

In that time you simply have to start clearing away, as you would an overgrown garden, pruning and reshaping.  As you clear the light will shine through offering you clearer insight and new more beneficial places to sow seeds and grow.

As I have personally discovered as a therapist you cannot support or lead a client on parts of their Journey that you have not undertaken yourself.

I encourage you through experience and wisdom on continual personal development and healing.  We are all bio-resonance models, relating information to others within our field of who and where we are in life. Like attracts like.  When you clear old emotions, patterns and issues you offer those that work with you a 'safe clear space' as well as giving permission to clear their own.

Once certified as a Transformational Therapist a requisite of that certification is a five day intensive retreat once a year.

Age and experience are not evaluated for those embarking on the profession of a 'Journey to Wholeness' facilitator.  I have found through my travels that awareness is present in all of us.  I will be offering workshops for children and young adults who wish to explore their own self and learn new skills.

One day and half day workshops will be available for children and young adults. Relaxing the mind, exploring & working their own energy to name but a few.

In the quiet of the morning, when birds are at their best
I sit and ponder on the thought – What is my life’s long quest?

I look at all the beauty that surrounds my very being
The trees, the flowers, the blades of grass – What am I really seeing?

God’s given us such beauty, and all the things we need
We take it all forgranted and forget the important deed.

We’re here to learn to love each other – to give without receiving
To bear no malice, pain or grudge – and go without deceiving.

I let it all seep deep inside – right to my very soul
I thank God for the life he’s given – and pray I reach my Goal
